Error when trying to import solution for CRM Online

I downloaded the Managed Solution (CRM Online & OnPremise: Sandboxed) and am receiving the following error when trying to import to CRM Online:

Plugin Assembly CRM2011WorkflowUtilities, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=56e578f179199f26 Failure 0x80048033 Unable to retrieve security descriptor for this frame.

I installed successfully on a trail CRM Online account but am unable to install on our production CRM Online account. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting. Can you please confirm whether you are able to register custom workflow activities at all in that organization?
