Import Error

Getting an error when trying to import the utility.

"The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it"

Entity: gonz_optionsets

Error Text:privilege With Id = d23ba7d6-b515-4aa1-96e6-1e7bedefad2e Does Not Exist

I'm logged in with Sys Admin Privilages.

CRM2011 has RU8 installed.

I tried both versions of the solution, CRM2011WorkflowUtilities_2_0_1_0_managed and CRM2011WorkflowUtilities_2_0_0_0_managed

Is this a problem during import of the soluiont ? If so, could you please download and provide the Import Erro Log file?

The issue is resolved, we had Registry Key in the system to enhance the performance of 4.0 to 2011 upgrade process. "NumThreadsForIndexCreation"

We removed that,deleted the org, reimported the Org.

This fixed the issue.
